In the midst of my many failures, I found that the only person who can keep you going is you. I've recounted many times where people have cheered their support to me, but internally, I didn't feel it pushed me towards success. In most cases, I'd imagine people would be fueled to have an audience cheer you on. But to say the least, I found myself struggling to open up to their help and decided everything must be done by myself.
That's not to say people shouldn't support you. If anything, they have to challenge you with the intent that you can push through it, that you can overcome the obstacle on your own. It's those who pushes you to do better, knowing that in a sense they have your back, that you can achieve those impossible goals. Without that type of support, I find it extremely difficult to get any farther than that.
Just remember that you can make it. No one is holding yourself back but you. And if you can face your inner fears head on, then a world of opportunities will open up to you.
